We have a problem.
The systems and structures of our society that serve people are broken. Organizations are failing the individual. Once-powerful and respected large organizations, institutions and companies are failing people, and the People are waking up and calling it out. The energetic blueprint of our society is shifting to a place where individual sovereignty and grassroots systems are the way forward.
Individuals are realizing that their power lies in their authenticity, individuality, and personal freedom. Employees are claiming their sovereignty and acting on their desires for change in the workforce. Therefore any organization who is still operating initiatives from the top down or from a collective, "group think" philosophy is going to fail. They will fail their people and their products will not sell. The only programs, ideas, and products that will be successful as our society moves forward are ones that empower the individual and are tailored to their unique, differentiated energies.
My point of view on HR is that we need to serve and empower the individual first, and the organization second. Employees need to be empowered in their life inside and outside of work, so that they have the resources that they need to thrive in the new world. Once this is accomplished on the individual level, the organization as a whole will succeed.
